Eligibility and Authorized Access

Use of Our Services

App and Platform

If you are an authorized user, you may use the App and Platform only for legitimate business purposes related to your role at True Up. You agree not to misuse company systems, attempt unauthorized access, copy or export data except as permitted for your job duties, or use the services in any way that violates applicable law or company policy.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Share login credentials or allow others to use your account
  • Access accounts, data, or features you are not authorized to use
  • Upload unlawful, harmful, harassing, or inappropriate content
  • Disrupt, damage, probe, or attempt to compromise our systems or security
  • Use automated tools to scrape, copy, or extract data except as expressly permitted
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with True Up

User Responsibilities

You are also responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify True Up promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

User Content and Company Information

The App and Platform may allow you to submit or upload content such as messages, tickets, form responses, photos, files, and other work-related information ("User Content"). You retain any rights you already have in User Content you submit, subject to True Up's rights below and applicable law.

You grant True Up a license to use, store, display, process, and share User Content as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the services and to support legitimate business operations.

Information accessed through the App and Platform may include confidential company, employee, customer, or project information. You agree to handle such information in accordance with company policy and applicable law and not to disclose it except as authorized for your job duties.

Intellectual Property

The website, App, Platform, and their content—including text, graphics, logos, software, and other materials—are owned by True Up or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except as permitted by these Terms or authorized use of the services, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from our content or software.

Our services may rely on third-party providers for hosting, authentication, storage, email, and other infrastructure. Your use of the services may also involve links to external websites. To the fullest extent permitted by law, True Up will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from or related to your use of the services. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, True Up's total liability arising out of or related to the services will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
